Heavy Haul Truck Driver

Job Overview:
Local family-run company seeking CDL Driver to pull flatbed trucks hauling steel & HEAVY EQUIPMENT. No temp loads. Late model equipment. This is a job where the family still means something that has great pay and great benefits after 90 days to determine experience. Projects are mainly in Columbia, Charleston, and Florence SC. Lowboy and landoll experience is a plus.

Starting salary will depend on experience.
Must be able to pass a drug test.
Must have reliable transportation to/from our office location.
Must have a 10 Year Clean Driving Record.

Responsibilities:
- Safely operate trucks to transport goods and materials over short or long distances
- Load and unload cargo using appropriate equipment
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle
- Follow traffic laws and regulations at all times
- Maintain cleanliness and ensure proper maintenance of the truck

Skills:
- Experience in commercial driving
- Proficiency in operating tractor-trailers and flatbeds
- Ability to load and unload freight safely
- Familiarity with heavy equipment operation
